Physical exercises
Each of us has a physical body mad of muscles ,blood ,bones and tissues .When any of these are injured or not working properly .We get ill no body likes to be ill so It's important that we keep our body healthy.There are many types of exercise that we many parparticipate in.We may play Badminton ,Food ball ,Net ball or whatever games.We perfect for the really fit young people there are Rock climbing ,Gym nastic and physically demanding activities .The importance of physical exercises we keep exercises to keep our body healthy .However there are some people who over do exercise themselves .Exercise is very important .
