This saying helps us clearly  understand the importance of taking the right foods in order to maintain our health . Health is very important to lead a life  without any blockage .In today's world ,oily foods and junk foods are more welcomed by most of the people . But the truth is these kinds of foods are not at all good for health and they spoil our routine by causing unnecessary illnesses over a period  of time. Having known this it's imperative that we develop right food  habits . Food is the source of our energy  .So choosing the right type of foods that contain the right amount vitamins and minerals is very important . We should  regularly try to eat food which are high in nutrition. Drinking more water is also as important as eating healthy foods .A balanced diet is as important as healthy food .We should avoid from junk foods .Through taking only healthy food ,it leads for a healthy life .
