 Each of us has a physical body mad of muscles ,blood ,bones and tissues .When any of these are injured or not working properly .We get ill no body likes to be ill so It's important that we keep our body healthy.There are many types of exercise that we many parparticipate in.We may play Badminton ,Food ball ,Net ball or whatever games.We perfect for the really fit young people there are Rock climbing ,Gym nastic and physically demanding activities .The importance of physical exercises we keep exercises to keep our body healthy .However there are some people who over do exercise themselves .Exercise is very important .

At present We had to face many natural disasters . There are many various natural disasters in our country .Some of then are foods,earth ,slips,earth quake.This disasters many destruct natural disasters destroy hot on human life but also their properties.Many people destroy the natural properties in various activities .They cut down tress in a carless manner Also many people polluted the water the air and the land there fore the this action .Must understand about the natural resources in our country.Tress stop the soil erosion and prevent destructive earth slip.Today sore people build the unauthorized mustn't do that activities .

 It was rainy day.I was alone at home .My parents had gone to a funeral .Suddenly the electricity went off.It was raining heavily and it was getting dark.I heard someone speaking to me and I turned back to see what it was.But there  was no one.I went to by bed and fried to sleep .But I couldn't after a sometime electricity came and I could get a breathe .I sat in the living room and watched a teledrama.The rain had stopped .But my parents did not come.

 One day I went to visit a fair with my mother .That day was Sunday .There are many people in the fair .People went here and there .My mother was buying foods in the fair.Ther are many sellers in the fair .As fish sellers ,vegetable sellers ,fruit sellers and ice cream sellers .The small kids were eating ice cream .My friend met to me in the fair .My mother bought a troy dall me.I forget visit a fair .

 As children It's our duty to obey our parents .We must allways do what they tell us to do.They give us food clothes and education .They look after us well.Parents lead us in the correct path.There for we must work according to their instructions .We should always show our gratitude to our parents by obedience  .Disobedient children always fall in to trouble .Let us obey our parents and try to be a good children .

 Why reading is important ? Reading gives us knowledge .we all know a famous saying that "Reading makes a full man". Reading isn't only a inspiration a good source of knowledge too.Reading brings entertainment .Novels ,short stories ,fairy tales and comics entertain our mind.It helps to relax our mind .It enhances power of thinking when we read books .We can imagine or create the story in our mind.It's a healthy activity to our mind.When we read good books .We should remember that is a good investment .A good book can light our lives.So,we select good books wisely .
